News from Hendred Vineyard

Saw, lop, prune and another vine is done.....

The frosty vines are undergoing a brutal pruning to neaten them up for the new season.  This diligent work takes time but is such a pleasure when the sun is shining, despite the cold.  Local vineyard expert - the legendary Biagio can tame the most unruly vine.
